Journaling is my personal time out.

For me, journaling is a chance to hit pause and just write. It’s a moment of calm in a busy day, where I can let my thoughts flow, explore ideas, and enjoy the simple pleasure of putting pen to paper.

On this site, I also love sharing some of my reflections, tips, and insights from my own journaling practice, offering inspiration for anyone who wants to make writing a meaningful part of their wellness routine. Journaling is a gentle way to slow down, reflect, and recharge, and now you can peek inside how I use it to take a little “time out” for myself.  It also gives me the opportunity to share some of the wonderful things The FIT Group have been doing.

Wow, what an incredible weekend we had! Following everyone’s feedback, it’s clear that our retreat was a hit! Participants enjoyed a delightful mix of Vinyasa Yoga, meditation, country walks, arts workshops, Yoga Nidra, and so much more, all set against the beautiful backdrop of the historic Saxon Village of Escomb, Bishop Auckland.
