I’m so excited to share what we do here because The FIT Group is more than just yoga… it’s a whole approach to wellness, movement, and connection.

From energising Vinyasa Flow Yoga to restorative Yoga Nidra meditation, from Chair Yoga to Yoga for Runners, from pre & postnatal support to bespoke 1:1 or small group classes we create experiences that meet you exactly where you are.

Sometimes we practise outdoors in the countryside or on the beach… sometimes we collaborate with other health professionals… and yes, sometimes we even share the mat with a few curious sheep.

It’s all about making wellness inclusive, joyful, and accessible.

Whether you’re looking for a regular class, a special event, or a unique wellness experience for your group, there’s something here for you.

What began as my own personal quest to “find me” has transformed into something so much bigger than I ever imagined.

Years ago, I was suddenly on my own and felt lost. I knew no one could fix that for me – it had to come from within. I tried everything… gym, swimming, Pilates… but nothing filled the gap. Then I found yoga. Not just a class, but a practice that gave me a sense of achievement, calm, and creativity.

From those first fun, informal Yin & Gin evenings with friends, to qualifying as a Yoga Teacher during lockdown, FIT Yoga became my passion and my purpose, a space for people of all ages, abilities, and fitness levels to move, breathe, and connect.

Over time, my love for sharing wellness has grown beyond the mat. I’ve explored new skills, embraced new practices, and developed a whole range of ways to help people feel better in body and mind.

That’s why I’m so proud to share that FIT Yoga has now evolved into The FIT Group and 8 unique areas of wellness and fitness working together to support and inspire our community. Yoga and restorative meditation (Yoga Nidra) are still at the heart, but now they’re joined by more ways than ever to say yes to your wellbeing.

Starts on Wednesday 15th April from 3:15pm to 4pm at St Paul’s Hub, Brompton on Swale

FIT Yoga

Mondays from 6pm at Richmond School

Tuesdays from 6pm at Leyburn Primary School

FIT Meditation

Held monthly – after normal Mon Tue classes

FIT In Nature

Fridays from 7:30am at Richmond Rugby Club
